Postal Delivery Information

Usually delivered by Royal Mail or our chosen Courier (ParcelForce, DPD or Yodel), you can expect a faster delivery service as your order is usually processed, packed and despatched within 48 hours from time of ordering.

We always do our best to work with our customers' requirements and preference but we cannot guarantee delivery on specific dates requested by the customer.

It is the customer responsibility to arrange for safe unloading of the goods. The customer or someone on behalf of the customer must be present to unload, check goods and sign paperwork.

Delivery Tracking

When you order online from us you will be able to track the progress of your delivery. To get going just log-in to your account and then within the order summary you'll be able to track your delivery.

The tracking number and shipment status is sent to your account in real-time status for easy reference to track and manage your delivery options.

Delivery Cost

Postal items are charged at £12.50 (+VAT) per order, no matter how many individual items you order. This means you can order as many individual products as you like and so long as they all form a single order, you'll only be charged one delivery cost.
